All our Beef and Lamb has been born, reared and raised on our farm here in South Wales so we can tell you anything you might want to know about it. We can deliver the box of meat to you in our own refrigerated van throughout South Wales.
When you order from Hillside you can be assured, what you are getting is good quality 100% grass fed and finished meat reared to a high standard, on a high nature value farm.

What does Grass fed mean?

There is not really a legal definition of grass fed, so technically anything that has eaten grass ever, could be argued to be grass fed. But to us, grass fed and finished means animals that have grown slowly on old flower meadows, in our orchards and on our grassland here at Ffynnonau Farm. That's why we are certified by Pasture for Life so you can be assured our Grass Fed Beef and Lamb has only ever eaten grass and pasture here at Ffynnonau.
